Welcome to The Wellness Circle! We strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and that's perfectly fine. Whether you need to cancel an order, return an item, or address a delivery issue, we're here to assist you.

Our aim is to simplify the process for you. Below you'll find all the necessary information about our cancellation policy, returns, and how we manage damages and refused deliveries. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please feel free to contact us. We're always ready to help!

 

Easy Cancellations

Cancelling your order is straightforward and hassle-free!

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel at any time before your order ships without any charges.
  • Once Shipped: If your order has been shipped and assigned a tracking number, we can no longer cancel it. However, you can return the item following the easy return process outlined below.
  • Pre-Orders/Backorders: These can be cancelled any time before they are restocked and shipped, unless stated otherwise.

Important: We cannot cancel the following after 24 hours from order placement:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Custom items, including frame colors, logos, and upholstery
  • Non-returnable items

 

30-Day Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Here's our straightforward return policy:

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, in new condition, and in their original packaging. We will require photo or video proof of condition.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which we will disclose before you initiate the return.

Important: We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items
  • Items that have been assembled or installed
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products, including custom upholstery colors

 

Fee Chart for Returned Items:

1. New, Must be in Original Packaging, Never Opened:

    • Customer Pays Return Shipping

 

2. New, Must be in Original Packaging, Opened, Assembled, Never Used:

    • Customer Pays Return Shipping
    • 20% Restocking Fee

3. Opened, Assembled, and Used:

    • Returns: Not accepted.

 

Additional Shipping Charges:

  1. Change of Address Charge:

    • Same City and Freight Terminal: $85.00
    • Different City and Different Freight Terminal: $150.00 and up
  1. Redelivery Charge:

    • For 2nd Attempt: $95.00
    • For 3rd Attempt: $150.00
  1. Storage Charge:

    • Per Day, After the 3rd Day at the Destination Terminal: $125.00/per day

 

To start your return, simply email us at info@thewellness-circle.com with your Order # and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the process!

 

Damages

We regret any instances of damage during delivery, but we're prepared to help you resolve them:

  • Inspect: Carefully inspect your items upon arrival. If there's any damage, take photos and videos immediately to assist us in helping you.
  • LTL Freight Deliveries: Note any damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL) when signing for delivery.
  • Report: For standard deliveries (USPS, UPS, FedEx), report any damage to the carrier within 7 days. For freight deliveries, inspect all items before the carrier leaves and note any damage or shortages on the BOL.
  • Replacement Parts: If your item is damaged or has defective parts, we will send the correct replacements. We may need photos, videos, or additional information to proceed.

If your items arrive damaged, please send us photos at info@thewellness-circle.com, and we'll proceed with the claim with the manufacturer.

 

Refused Deliveries

 If you must refuse a delivery for reasons other than significant damage, you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Be ready to provide photos or videos explaining why you refused the delivery. Refunds will be processed once the product is returned to our warehouse, which may take 2-3 weeks or more.
