Canadian Timber Collection Saunas warrants our saunas against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.
All In-Stock orders usually ship out from our warehouses within 1-3 Business Days.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. (If you do not, please contact us and a representative can send over the digital receipt of your purchase). This confirms your order has been received in our system and your credit card is authorized for purchase. ORDER SHIPMENT
Please reference your product page specific lead times. After shipment, items will arrive in 5-10 business days after order has been shipped out.
Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any items availability.

Damages

- LTL Freight Deliveries: Note any damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL) when signing for delivery.
- Report: For standard deliveries (USPS, UPS, FedEx), report any damage to the carrier within 7 days. For freight deliveries, inspect all items before the carrier leaves and note any damage or shortages on the BOL.
- Replacement Parts: If your item is damaged or has defective parts, we will send the correct replacements. We may need photos, videos, or additional information to proceed.

Refused Deliveries
If you must refuse a delivery for reasons other than significant damage, you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
